EDAMAH said that the construction of the new Sitra Logistics Park has broken ground, which is called a world-class storage facility and will provide services for Bahrain's logistics industry. The 87,382 square meter park will include many facilities for industrial, commercial and logistics purposes, which can then be customized according to the requirements of tenants.
The largest customer of the park will be Trident Warehousing, which has signed a 10-year lease agreement covering 8137 square meters. The statement of EDAMAH explained that EDAMAH would cooperate with Trident and its business partner Hoover Circular Solutions, which is a provider of sustainable packaging and fleet management solutions in Texas, to create a facility that meets technical and operational requirements.
We are very happy to officially start a project with national strategic significance, and through careful selection of projects that are conducive to the economy and respond to market demand, we are in line with our goal of building Bahrain. The park will support the growing logistics industry of the Kingdom, attract foreign investment and create jobs, said Amin Al Arrayed, CEO of EDAMAH.
In July 2022, EDAMAH invited bids for a 20717 square meter mixed use investment project in Bahrain. In July 2022, EDAMAH announced that it was evaluating the prequalification bid for the Bahrain Metro Project with a total amount of US $2 billion.

Sitra Logistics Park is designed as a one-stop shop for all logistics needs, with office space, warehouse and distribution center to improve production capacity, he added.
EDAMAH's portfolio covers retail, hotel, commercial and industrial properties across Bahrain. The developer aims to promote sustainable economic growth while creating benefits for local communities.
