We worked together to tackle the fourth quarter of the year, and won the year's goals and tasks. We implemented the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical results. On November 1, after 22 hours of continuous work, the first cast-in-place box girder of the rapid transformation of Beichen Avenue Ring Interchange Project of the Fourth Company was successfully poured, marking that the construction of the bridge superstructure entered a new stage, laying a good foundation for the orderly progress of subsequent projects.

The cast-in-place box girder cast in this first joint has a total of three spans of 99.5 meters, and adopts the socket type disc buckle support system. The width of the standard section is 9.7 meters, the beam height is 1.8 meters, the concrete consumption is 719 cubic meters, and the steel consumption is 160 tons.

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project nodes, the project team has organized internal and external experts for construction guidance for many times, refined the division of labor, improved the materials, equipment and other safeguard measures, ensured the connection and stability of key processes such as reinforcement welding and binding, formwork erection, and ensured the high-quality and efficient completion of the first cast-in-situ beam pouring construction.

It is reported that the overall layout of the project is a four and a half story "turbine type" fully interconnected interchange, which adopts a compact and symmetrical layout form to form a "turbine" style.
