Coix Ren rice, corn, rice, rubber and other agricultural and sideline products and minerals are abundant. The opening of the cargo service at Monsai Station will greatly promote the economic and trade exchanges between China and Laos and boost the economic development of northern Laos.

Mengsai Station is a passenger and freight business station with a container yard area of 4,582 square meters. The effective length of cargo line in the cargo station is 367 meters, the effective length of loading and unloading is 185 meters, and the maximum number of operation vehicles is 12 at a time. There are 3 hairlines, with 48 cars for 697 meters in the first lane, 47 cars for 685 meters in the second lane and 55 cars for 794 meters in the third lane. 1 lead line, effective length of 200 meters, the maximum number of cars is 13. At present, the cargo management and operation personnel of the cargo station are in place, loading and unloading equipment, weighing instruments, truck scales, refueling facilities and so on have been prepared, which has the conditions for the operation of cargo business.
