The first "one touch" human-computer interactive automation 7000 meter drilling rig developed by CNPC BOMCO has drilled 16000 meters in Zizhong, Sichuan Province, and the second automated drilling rig has been commercially applied in Jiyang, Shengli, Shandong Province, with a cumulative drilling depth of 18000 meters. It can realize the efficient recovery and reuse of barite. Green and environmental protection

It can realize the harmless and reduced environmental protection treatment of rock cuttings while drilling. Through the integrated multi-functional water-based and oil-based drilling cuttings treatment device, it can simultaneously treat water-based and oil-based rock cuttings to achieve the secondary recovery of the liquid phase of rock cuttings and realize the solid phase environmental protection treatment.

This five cylinder pump is a high-tech product independently developed by the company to meet the needs of exploration and development of extended reach horizontal wells and ultra deep wells, as well as the needs of drilling operations to improve speed and efficiency. The maximum working pressure of the pump set is 52MPa, and the maximum displacement is 85L/S.

At present, CNPC BOMCO has formed a series of five cylinder pump sets from 1600 horsepower to 3000 horsepower, which can meet the diversified application needs of different users and different drilling depths. Since the QDP series five cylinder pump set entered the market, through continuous optimization and improvement, problems such as transmission system failure and hydraulic end seal leakage have been solved, and the product quality has been continuously improved. The optimized QDP five cylinder pump set has competed with other similar products in China on the same platform in actual operation, with excellent performance and won unanimous praise from users.

In terms of performance, this five cylinder pump set operates more smoothly, and the displacement/pressure fluctuation can be reduced by about 2/3, which is extremely conducive to extending the service life of our cylinder liners, pistons, valve assemblies and other vulnerable parts. Field application shows that the service life of wearing parts can be increased by about 30%. Secondly, its displacement is larger. Compared with the triplex pump set with the same power, its displacement can be increased by about 20%. One set of five cylinder pump set can meet the needs of the drilling operation of the whole oil well, which can effectively reduce the number of well pad equipment and the area of the site.

In terms of transportation, our five cylinder pump unit can be said to be "delicate". The weight of the whole pump is 30% lower than that of the 2200 three cylinder pump. All parts of the whole pump unit can be transported in a skid to meet the requirements of road transportation. The transportation is very good.

In terms of energy efficiency, the five cylinder pump set is directly driven by a gearbox instead of the traditional belt pulley drive. The comprehensive energy efficiency can be improved by 7%, and the annual power consumption can be saved by about 1 million kilowatt hours.
