David Zamora said that he knows the strength of CRRC and MOTA, and he thinks it is very feasible for CRRC and MOTA to jointly implement the Guadalajara Line 4 project. The Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction has a large team of financial, legal and enforcement personnel ready to provide assistance to CRRC.

When completed, the project will connect 24 communities, nine industries, 18 education centres, two health facilities and five centres specialising in shops and services in the North-East and south-east. It carries about 230,000 passengers a day. The project is a major project involving hundreds of thousands of people along the route. It will increase the efficiency of travel by speeding up travel times and providing a world-class safe transportation system, while greatly improving pollution and creating a better quality of life for citizens, which will have a significant impact on the transportation situation in and around the city of Guadalajara.

The project is another system + key project that CRRC has won in the Mexican market following the Line 1 project in Mexico and the Line 4, 5 and 6 project in Monterrey, and another cooperation outcome of implementing the Belt and Road Initiative. CRRC has always been committed to connecting the world and benefiting mankind, guided by the concept of creating maximum value, and formed a DLS system solution with CRRC characteristics.
