The headquarters office building project of the Economic Community of Aid West African States is located in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, and was constructed by SCEGC Huashan International Engineering Company. The construction content includes the office building of the Western Community, the conference center, the comprehensive room, the equipment room, the guard room, and the site arrangement within the red line of the construction site (including the road pipe network and others), as well as the square, road, outdoor parking lot, Ancillary facilities such as fences.

As a construction aid project by the Chinese government to the Economic Community of West African States, this project is also the largest construction aid project in Nigeria.
