Recently, the subsidiaries of China Power Construction Co., Ltd. signed two contracts overseas. The details are as follows:

Kazakhstan West Turgai Porphyry Copper Mine Mining Project

Recently, Sinohydro International Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Power Construction Corporation, signed a contract with Kazakhstan Kazdelltom Mining Company for the Kazakhstan West Turgay Porphyry Copper Mine Mining EPC Project, with the contract amount of about 995 million US dollars, equivalent to about 6.995 billion yuan.

The project is located in Aitekebi District in the northeast of Aktobe State in the central and western Kazakhstan, about 1003km away from the capital Nursultan. The project mode is construction contracting, and the main work content includes the supplementary exploration of the three blocks in the mining area and the construction of mining and stripping works in the northwest block during the 10-year mining and stripping period. The supplementary exploration period of the project is 12 months, and the stripping period is 120 months.

Liyang Yunhui Comprehensive Development Housing Construction Project

Recently, Sinohydro Malaysia Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China, signed a general contract for the construction of Liyang Yunhui Comprehensive Development Housing Project with Liyang Inspiration Dream Co., Ltd. and Liyang Inspiration Beauty Co., Ltd. in Malaysia. The contract amount is about 907 million US dollars, equivalent to about 6.448 billion yuan. The project mode is general construction contracting.

The project is located in Genting Plateau, Wendong District, Pahang State, Malaysia, and covers an area of 228 acres. It will be developed into a large-scale comprehensive development project integrating amusement facilities, water parks, skating/skiing facilities in the city, large shopping malls, conference centers, performance centers, and parking lots.
