The total installed capacity of the offshore wind power project in Chin Ou, Vietnam is 350MW, which is divided into four zones: 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D. The diameter of the fan impeller of this project is 166m, the area of the impeller sweeping air is about 21524 square meters, which is equivalent to the area of three football fields. The hub center is about 100m higher than sea level, and the unit capacity is 5MW. At full wind speed, each turn can generate about 8 kilowatt hours of electricity, and a single unit can output 12.72 million kilowatt hours of clean electricity every year.

A few days ago, the Vietnam Jinou offshore wind power project contracted by China Power Construction Nuclear Power Corporation EPC completed all wind turbine hoisting construction, marking the largest offshore wind power project under construction in Southeast Asia, and the largest offshore wind power project implemented by Chinese contractors overseas entered the wind turbine commissioning stage, laying a solid foundation for the next step of grid connected power generation.Editor/Ma Xue
