According to the introduction, Jinhua railway hub expansion and renovation project includes the new Shanghai-Kunming Pu-speed line and Yiwu to Jinhua railway project. The newly built Shanghai-Kunming Pu-speed line is located in Jinyi Urban New District, Jindong District, Wucheng District and Jingkai District of Jinhua City. The target speed of this project is 160km/h, and the single winding section of trucks is 120km/h. Electric traction is adopted.

Main Project Contents

The outer winding line of the urban section of the new Shanghai-Kunming Railway (Tangya to Jiangtang section) is 47.92km; Newly built JinHuanan - Jinhua Yarfan Station up-and-down bus contact line 5.992 single line km; Newly built Jinwen bus uplink dredging line 1.626 single line kilometers; Newly built contact line 6.798 single line km (not electrical) between Jinhua Yarfan Station and Jinwen Goods Line Wenzhou direction; Jinqian Railway has changed 5.826 single track kilometers, built 3.247 single track kilometers of Jinhuanan to Yangmeitang connection line, and renovated 5.321 single track kilometers of CNPC special line (no electrification).

Yiwu-jinhua Railway project is located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The line starts from Jinhua urban area in the west and ends in Yiwu City in the east, passing through Jinyi Urban New Area. The target speed is 250km/h, and the conditions for further acceleration are studied. Electric traction is adopted.

The main projects include the construction of a 34.383km line, a 3.847 km single-track connection line between Jinyi and Shanghai, and a 5.588 km single-track connection line between Jinyong and Shanghai. There are 5 stations on the whole line, among which Jinyi Station is newly built, and Tangya Station and Yiwu Station under construction are rebuilt by using the existing stations Jinhua Station and Dongxiao Station.
