On November 22, 2022, Beijing Baoguang Zhizhong Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed the "Tongcheng 800MW/1600MWh Energy Storage Project Cooperation Agreement" with the People's Government of Tongcheng City of Anhui Province and Huadian Group Anhui Company in Tongcheng City, marking the official launch of the Tongcheng Shared Energy storage power station cooperation development project.

After the signing ceremony was completed, the leaders of the three parties carried out an in-depth discussion on the core basis of promoting the ecological priority, green and high-quality development direction of Tongcheng, constructing energy Internet and promoting the development of new energy business forms. We hope to give full play to our advantages in capital, industry, technology and talents through cooperation. Through the top-level design layout project strategy, relying on solid technical strength to carry out the project construction. The three parties will give full play to their respective advantages, carry out the project design and development from a high starting point, standardize the project implementation, and complete the project construction with a high standard, so as to create social and economic benefits for Tongcheng region as soon as possible, provide safe and efficient supporting energy storage services for the local power grid, optimize the regional power industry structure, and play a role in the construction of a new power system.

The self-developed EMS system, CTP integration technology and other advanced scientific research achievements are applied in this project, which can provide a variety of power auxiliary services for power grid operation, such as peak regulation, frequency modulation, backup, black start and demand response support, greatly promoting the open sharing and flexible trading of energy production and consumption, and realizing multi-function collaboration.
