"Like the 86 meter blade type next to us, we can produce one blade every 24 hours. With the customer's shipping plan gradually speeding up, the current 86 meter blade type and above can basically be shipped while producing, without the inventory and waiting for finished products."

Driven by the more than expected wind power bidding in 2022, the new demand for domestic wind power continues to release, and many wind power complete machine enterprises aim at the opportunity to actively expand capacity.

Liao Xudong, Vice General Manager of Sany Heavy Energy, said, "In view of the substantial increase in orders, we have established new main engine and blade factories in Qingyang, Bayannur and Tacheng respectively. At present, these three factories are under construction and are expected to be put into use in 2023."

The person in charge said that the unit price of wind power hoisting equipment is generally high. Taking the 2400 ton model as an example, the single unit price is about 30 million yuan. In previous years, the monthly sales volume was relatively stable. However, since the second half of 2022, the sales volume of wind power hoisting equipment has increased significantly, far exceeding other categories.

Rao Wenwu, deputy general manager of Sany Crane Marketing Company, said that if you look at the main wind power cranes separately, it may double.
