At 10:00 a.m. on November 25, after four months of painstaking construction, the first phase of the Data Center project of CNBM Internet Industrial Park, which was built by Ningxia Building Materials Co., LTD., held a grand ceiling-capping ceremony. By then, the three main structures of the data center, power center and research and development complex building planned for the project have all been completed, and the project has successfully achieved the phased construction goal.

The first phase of the Data Center Project of CNBM Internet Industrial Park is located in Yinchuan Zhongguancun Innovation and Entrepreneurship Technology Park, Xixia District, Yinchuan City. The project covers an area of 52.6 mu, with a construction area of more than 20,000 square meters. The construction scale can accommodate 1539 cabinets, and 1026 cabinets are put into production in this period. The project was constructed by Ningxia Building Materials Co., LTD., China Institute of Electronics, Wuhan Fiberhome Technical Services Co., LTD., and China Mobile Integration Co., LTD. The construction officially began in August 2022.

Since the construction began, the data center project Department has led all the personnel of the construction unit to live in the site. They have experienced the tests of summer heat and epidemic containment and so on. All the personnel on the site aim at the target and find ways to do everything possible without slowing down the construction progress due to the lack of materials and personnel. While taking good measures for epidemic prevention and control, we actively coordinated resources from all sides. Within four months, the main structure of the three buildings at the project site was fully capped, reaching the milestone of the project plan as scheduled.

CNBM Internet Industrial Park Data center project is the core project of CNBM Group's digital innovation. After the completion of the project, relying on Ningxia's advantages as one of the eight national computing power network hub nodes and data center clusters, we will further implement the national digital economy development strategy. Now, the tall building has been built, and the project will enter the stage of secondary structure, decoration and mechanical and electrical installation.
