According to the agreement, Sany Heavy Energy will invest a total of 9 billion yuan in Balikun County to build an annual capacity of 2 million kilowatts megawatt intelligent wind power equipment manufacturing industrial park (host, blade), a 500000 kilowatt wind storage new energy project and a 1 million kilowatt wind power hydrogen and ammonia production project, supporting centralized control and big data center, and a carbon management platform. Build a "zero carbon industrial park" through measures such as direct green power supply, energy conservation and emission reduction system construction, and form a local consumption demonstration project based on the demand of Balikun County chemical enterprises for green hydrogen and green ammonia and the application scenario of coal chemical industry for hydrogen fuel heavy trucks.
