Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Yunnan Province approved the construction of two expressways and one wind farm project in Yunnan Province. Details are as follows:
Dali Panzhihua Expressway Project in Yunnan
The total length of the main line of the project is 173.18km, which starts near Shuiduiling, Waxi Village, Daying Town, Binchuan County. The Waxi hub is set up to connect the existing Dali Yongsheng Expressway; It ends in the Huiwo super long tunnel at the junction of Nagang Bay in Yongren County and Huiwo in Panzhihua City, and connects Dali Panzhihua Expressway in Sichuan. The main line is constructed according to the standard of two-way four lane expressway, with a design speed of 80km/h and a subgrade width of 25.5m. The design vehicle load level of bridges and culverts shall be highway level I, and other technical indicators shall comply with the Technical Standards for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2014).
The main control points are: Shuiduiling, Binju, Zhoucheng, Midian, Shiyang, Bimo, Liuju, Zhiju, Zhonghe, Yongxing and Huiwo.
There are 125 bridges and 36 tunnels on the main line. There are 10 interchanges, including 2 hub type interchanges and 8 general interchanges. Seven overpass connecting lines are set up, totaling 23.09 km, including 2.5 km Binju interchange connecting line, Class II highway construction standard, design speed of 40 km/h, and subgrade width of 10 m; Midian interconnection line is 1km long, the construction standard of Class II highway, the design speed is 40km/h, and the subgrade width is 10m; The Shiyang Interchange connecting line is 1.3 km long, the construction standard of Class II highway, the design speed is 40 km/h, and the subgrade width is 10 m; Six Ju interconnection line is 4.9km long, the construction standard of Class III highway, the design speed is 30km/h, and the subgrade width is 7.5m; The interconnection line of Guihua is 4.89 km long, the construction standard of Class III highway, the design speed is 30 km/h, and the subgrade width is 7.5 m; The intermediate interconnection line is 3.6 km long, the construction standard of Class III highway, the design speed is 30 km/h, and the subgrade width is 7.5 m; Yongxing Interchange connecting line is 4.9 km long, the construction standard of Class III highway, the design speed is 30 km/h, and the subgrade width is 7.5 m.
Honghe Lvchun Expressway Project
The total length of the main line of the project is 61.887km, starting from the east side of Dimaba, Yisa Town, Honghe County, and connecting with the end point of the expressway from Eshan to Shiping to Honghe under construction. A hub interchange is set to connect Yuanjiang to Manshou Expressway; It ends near Luema Village, Gekui Township, Lvchun County, and is connected with Yuanyang Lvchun Expressway under construction by a hub interchange. The main line is constructed according to the standard of two-way four lane expressway, with a design speed of 80km/h and a subgrade width of 25.5m; The design vehicle load level of bridges and culverts shall be highway – Class I, and other technical indicators shall comply with the Technical Standards for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2014).
There are 44 bridges and 23 tunnels on the main line. 6 interchanges are set, including 2 hub interchanges and 4 ordinary interchanges. Three interchange connecting lines will be constructed simultaneously according to the standard of Class III highway, with a total construction scale of 6.587 km, including the Langdi semi interchange connecting line with a length of 3.583 km, a design speed of 30 km/h and a subgrade width of 7.5 m; Leyu interworking connecting line is 0.95km long, with design speed of 40km/h and subgrade width of 8.5m; Halong interworking connecting line is 2.054km long, with design speed of 30km/h and subgrade width of 7.5m.
Main control points: Dima Dam, Langdi, Leyu, Baohua, Luon, Luema.
Yuanmou Longhai Ancient Wind Farm Project
The project is located in Yuanmou County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture.
