Recently, the joint venture formed by CEEC International Group, Gezhouba International Corporation and Guangxi Institute and the owner PT TIRTA ABADI RAYA signed the EPC contract of Indonesia Senbakong 250MW Hydropower Station Project in Jakarta, realizing the rolling development of Indonesia's clean energy market and helping Indonesia accelerate the realization of its carbon neutral goal.

Atatis Sulistio, Chairman of PT TIRTA ABADI RAYA, Indonesia, Jin Bin, Executive Deputy General Manager of CEEC International Group Southeast Asia Regional Headquarters, Hu Peng, Deputy General Manager of Gezhouba International Corporation, and relevant personnel from CEEC Indonesia Representative Office, Gezhouba Indonesia Representative Office, and Guangxi Institute attended the signing ceremony.

Indonesia Hydropower Project EPC Contract

The project is located in North Kalimantan Province, Kalimantan Island, Indonesia. It is planned to install three axial flow turbine generator units with a total installed capacity of 250MW. The main buildings include concrete gravity dam, flood discharge structures, dam back powerhouse and ship lift. The completion of the project will effectively alleviate the power shortage in Kalimantan, enable Indonesia's new energy transformation and new capital construction, train a batch of workers in the hydropower industry, and set a benchmark for China and Indonesia to jointly build the the Belt and Road and regional comprehensive economic corridor with high quality, and deepen bilateral capacity cooperation.
