Recently, Chongqing Transportation Bureau announced that the bid winning candidates for the G85 Yinkun Expressway and G93 Chengdu Chongqing Ring Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project of Chongqing Hi tech Zone Rongchang District Sichuan Chongqing Boundary+Chongqing Dianjiang Fengdu Wulong Expressway PPP Project had won the bid by a consortium led by Chongqing Expressway Group, with an estimated total investment of 51.14 billion yuan.
Construction site: Chongqing Hi tech Zone, Jiulongpo District, Bishan District, Yongchuan District, Dazu District, Rongchang District, Dianjiang County, Fengdu County and Wulong District.
Subproject 1: The starting point is the existing Chengyu Expressway Hangu Interchange, and a new line will be built in the northwest direction after passing through Hangu Town, Baishiyi Town and Zouma Town of Chongqing Hi tech Zone to Laifeng Street of Bishan District, bypassing the north side of Chongqing New Airport Planning Area and then southward, and returning to the existing Chengdu Chongqing Expressway in Mafang; Then, along the existing Chengdu Chongqing Expressway, it is interconnected through Xiaokan Terminal, and Da'an Town, Yongchuan District, is separated near the Qiyi Reservoir. The new route passes through Jishan Mountain near Guanyintang on the south side of Sunjiakou Reservoir and the north side of Shilianqiao Reservoir. After leaving the tunnel near Hanjiagou, it intersects with the third ring expressway on the south side of Shuangshi Service Area of the third ring expressway. After crossing the Chengdu Chongqing Railway on the south side of Shuangshi Town, it returns to the existing Chengdu Chongqing Expressway; A new route will be built in the south of Youting Town, Dazu District to return to the existing Chengdu Chongqing Expressway near Shuiba Village, Rongchang District; Finally, the existing Chengdu Chongqing Expressway passes through Fenggao Street, Changzhou Street, Changyuan Street and Ronglong Town of Rongchang District and ends at Sangjiapo, Sichuan Chongqing border, with a total mileage of about 99.64km. The route from the starting point of the project to Qinggang is 14.815km long, with a design speed of 80km/h and a subgrade width of 40.5m; The route from Qinggang to the terminal is 84.825km long, with a design speed of 100km/h and a subgrade width of 41m.
There are 63 bridges with a total length of 10236m, including 25 large bridges with a length of 8687m, 18 medium bridges with a length of 1000m and 20 small bridges with a length of 549m; Two new tunnels with a length of 6543m, including one extra long tunnel with a length of 3998m and one long tunnel with a length of 2545m; 16 interchanges, including 6 hub interchanges and 10 general interchanges; 24 separated interchanges; There are 3 service areas and 1 parking area.
Sub project 2: It starts from the Sichuan Chongqing provincial boundary near Chuanzumiao in the north of Xinmin Town, Dianjiang, connects with the Sichuan section of Dianjiang Expressway from Dazhu in Sichuan to Chongqing, passes through Xinmin, Gao'an, Gangjia, Peixing and other towns in Dianjiang to Fengdu in the south, crosses the Yangtze River after passing Xumingsi, Sanyuan, Baohe, Shetan, Shuren and other towns in the south, and intersects with the Yanjiang Expressway (G69) on the south bank of the Yangtze River; Then enter Wulong through Xingyi, Shuanglu, Lizi and Jilong; It continues to pass through Wulong Jielong, Land, Huolu and other towns and villages to the south, and then arrives near Zhongzui, Xiangkou Town, and connects with Wulong Daozhen Expressway. The total mileage of the line is about 164.98km. From the starting point of the project to the highway section along the river, the route is 76.051km long, the design speed is 100km/h, and the subgrade width is 26m; The section from the riverside expressway to the terminal is 88.929km long, with a design speed of 80km/h and a subgrade width of 25.5m.
A total of 55285.5m/138 bridges are set along the line, including 10 super large bridges of 13804m and 128 large and medium bridges of 41481.5m; 24 tunnels with a length of 55142m, including 6 extra long tunnels with a length of 37391m, 7 long tunnels with a length of 12299m, and 11 medium and short tunnels with a length of 5452m; 13 interchanges, including 4 hub interchanges and 9 general interchanges; There are 2 Class B service areas and 2 Class C service areas.
