Recently, CREEC, China Railway Construction Investment Group, China Railway 11th Bureau and other units formed a consortium to successfully win the bid for the first phase of the regional cooperative development project of Xinghua East Future City, Jiangsu Province.

The project is located in Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province, and is developed by stages and in a rolling manner using the "investor+EPC" model. The cooperation period is 8 years. The cooperation includes cultural and art center, sports center, science and innovation center, business center, health care center and other industrial projects, smart city projects and related supporting facilities.

Project Rendering

As an important area of Xinghua City, the project is planned to become a sub center of the city. Through reasonable planning, highlight the function of the high-speed rail hub and Lianxi Lake as the two core areas, and build a charming waterfront center centered on Lianxi Lake, "where nine rivers converge and four piers surround", and a station front industrial center relying on the high-speed rail hub to integrate tourism services, business and commerce. After completion, it will become the "City of Prosperity, Water Show, Wenchang and Hub" of Xinghua City.

In recent years, CREEC has made great efforts to develop new businesses. This project is another successful operation of the capital operation of the whole institute, following the comprehensive development project of Xi'an Meibei Lake Water System Ecological and Cultural Tourism Zone (EOD) and the integration project of industry and city in the west area of Xianyang High tech Zone, which represents the innovative exploration of the implementation of development projects in urban areas under the new situation.

Since March 2021, the Ministry of Capital, Lanzhou Institute, Huazhong Institute and other units have closely cooperated and interacted, dispatched elite forces to the project site for a long time, carried out research and survey, scheme planning and other work, and carried out multiple rounds of detailed docking and communication with the local government. During the project tracking process, the team overcame various difficulties such as epidemic situation, worked overtime and cooperated sincerely to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
