Urban expressway, rail transit, high-speed rail, transportation construction and economic development are closely related...... Recently, Jinhua City "accelerate the construction of comprehensive transportation hub center" special press conference was held. At present, the city has preliminarily built a modern comprehensive transportation system: the total length of railway is 435 kilometers, the second in the province, including 159 kilometers of high-speed railway, network density of 345 kilometers / 10,000 square kilometers; The total length of highways is 13,000 kilometers, the fourth in the province, including 409 kilometers of expressways and 1,439 kilometers of ordinary national and provincial trunk roads. The total waterway mileage is 238.3 kilometers, and the navigable mileage is 74 kilometers, with 7 500-ton berths and 2 300-ton berths. It has two airports, Yiwu Civil Aviation Airport and Hengdian General Airport; With 9 comprehensive passenger transport hubs, it takes 40 minutes to Hangzhou and 100 minutes to Shanghai, and can reach 21 provincial capitals directly. It has built six logistics industry clusters, including Yiwu International Land Port and Zhejiang Railway Combined Transport Port, and 50 logistics centers (bases), inclding the headquarters base of "Four Links and one Dah". In 2021, the city's express delivery volume was 11.64 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 29.2%, and 9.4 billion from January to October 2022, continuing to maintain the first place in China.

In the next five years Jinhua to build a comprehensive transportation hub center of the general idea

In the next five years, based on the overall goal of building a national comprehensive transportation hub with strong international service function, Jinhua will further develop into a new gateway hub in the Yangtze River Delta region, making Jinhua the second largest comprehensive transportation hub center in the province.

Relying on the principle of high-quality integrated development, we will accelerate the establishment of a new comprehensive transportation development pattern of "one hub, two ports, three rings and eight directions".

A pivot

In other words, Shanghai Hongqiao comprehensive transportation Hub will be built on the main axis of Jinyi, which is an integrated transportation hub integrating aviation, high-speed rail, rail, bus and other transportation modes with zero transfer. Driven by the high-level hub, new business forms such as airport economy, hub economy and headquarters economy will be cultivated to promote the integrated development of Jinhua urban area and Yiwu. Jinyi high-speed railway new city and aerometropolis will be built to become the main engine of "the rise of Central Zhejiang".

Two port

In other words, by comparing the international first-class land ports such as Duisburg in Germany and the inland international hub ports such as Xi 'an, we will build the East China International Combined transport Port and Yiwu International Dry Port, two "100 million ton class" international land ports, and strive to build the Jinhua production service and trade service "double" national logistics hub economic group.

Third ring road

That is to build a comprehensive traffic complex loop line along the "concentric circle" of the metropolitan area, which integrates rail, expressway and intercity express trunk line. This area will be connected to form the urban and industrial development belt, which accounts for 1/4 of the city area, 3/4 of the urban built-up area and 4/5 of the permanent resident population, and become the main front of the metropolitan transportation development.

Eight to

That is, the "meter" shaped express channel open to the outside world, to the north, connecting Hangzhou (Shanghai, Nanjing), Hefei; To the east, connecting Ningbo (Zhoushan), Taizhou; Southward, connecting Guangzhou (Shenzhen), Wenzhou (Fuzhou); To the west, it connects Huangshan, Wuhan and Changsha (Kunming).

Jinhua construction comprehensive transportation hub center specific measures

In the next five years, Jinhua plans to complete the investment of 200 billion yuan, focusing on accelerating the comprehensive transportation "four major construction". The first is to build a large hub. We will speed up the construction of an air and rail hub in Jinyi, and build the Jinyi International Airport with an annual passenger throughput of 10 million and cargo throughput of 150,000 tons. The Jinyi high-speed railway station will be built according to the total passenger flow of 15.5 million per year, seamlessly connecting Jinyi intercity rail transit, introducing Hangzhou-Li high-speed Railway, Shanghai-Hangzhou (Jinzhou-Guangzhou) maglev high-speed railway and other lines. Second, we will build mainland ports. We will promote the construction of a national comprehensive freight hub to strengthen its chain and build a first-class bearing platform. We will plan to build an international combined transport port in East China with high standards, and accelerate the construction of the Yangmeitang National Railway Logistics Base. We will speed up the construction of Yiwu International Land Port and Yiwu Suxi International Hub Port, and strive to create a "double high" demonstration line for containers. Accelerate the construction of China (Yongkang) Hardware Logistics Port, Lanxi Railway Gongshui Multimodal transport port and other projects, and strengthen the Dongyang International Land Port, Yongkang Sea railway combined transport and other "one station and multiple ports". Third, the construction of major passageways. We will carry out the "North melting south extending east to west" project.

To the north, it will accelerate the construction of key projects such as Jinyi Intercity Railway, Zhuji to Yiwu and Hewen Expressway, and actively integrate into the integrated development pattern of the Yangtze River Delta;

To the east, speed up the construction of the Jinbo-Ningbo Railway, the Yongbo-Jinqu Expressway and the widening of the Yongbo-Jin Expressway, expand the Yi Yongzhou-zhou open channel, and realize the rapid exit by sea;

To the south, we will focus on advancing the Jinhua to Nanping Railway, the electrification of the Jinzhou-Wenzhou Freight Line, and the widening of the Hangzhou-Li high-speed Railway and Jinliwen Expressway, opening up the Jinhua to Nanping passage from the Yangtze River Delta to the main axis of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and filling the gap in the access to Southern China.

In the west, it will focus on promoting the construction of high-speed roads from Yongjin Quzhou and Jiande to Wuyi, planning the high-speed railway from Jinhua to Huangshan and the freight railway from Jinhua to Wuhan, and expanding the radiation range of Jinyi metropolitan area to Jiangxi and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.

Fourth, build a large road network. We will build a smooth and efficient municipal transportation network. The railway network is planned to cover a total length of 900 kilometers, and by 2025, every county will have high-speed rail. The planned total mileage of rail transit network is about 320 kilometers, and strive to build Jinyi urban Circle Line; The planned total length of the expressway network is about 800 kilometers, and strive to complete the expressway traffic loop by 2025; The planned total length of the intercity fast road network is about 200 kilometers, and strive to build the intercity fast trunk traffic loop by 2025. The water transportation network will focus on the inland waterway transportation layout of "Three rivers and six districts", and the plan is to build 50 kilometers of high-grade inland waterway such as Jinhua River, Lanjiang River and Qujiang River.
