As the only north-south backbone line crossing the Yellow River in the second phase of the planned construction line network, the line connects Lianhuashan District, Hanyu District, CBD core area, Honglou District, Huangtai District, the starting area for new and old kinetic energy conversion and other key areas. The line of Line 7 Phase I Project generally runs through the main urban area in a north-south direction, with complex geological and hydrological conditions and surrounding environment. It crosses the existing operating lines 2, 3, Jiaoji Railway, Shijiazhuang Jinan Railway, Xiaoqing River, and the South to North Water Diversion Underdrain, which is difficult to construct and requires high precision.
