5G+unmanned tractor is used to solve the problems of untimely material delivery, high labor cost and low efficiency, high energy consumption of forklift, and the timeliness of material delivery is increased by more than 20% on average;

Complete automatic transportation of ten million parts with 5G+AGV, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs;

The 5G+intelligent warehouse has solved the problems of network packet loss, severe jitter, communication interruption and so on in the traditional large-scale equipment stereo warehouse operation scene, and at the same time, the operation efficiency of the stacker has been improved by 30%, the warehousing efficiency has been improved by 5%, and the number of fault attendance has been reduced by 90%;

The 5G+robot control has overcome the problems of real-time control of intelligent production equipment and flexible access of new equipment, improved the efficiency of production line research and development, deployment, maintenance and one-time success rate, and reduced the cost of production line construction and commissioning risk;

Based on 5G+production safety management and control, inspect the whole plant, gain insight into abnormalities, optimize the process and make scientific decisions through connection with the manufacturing management and scheduling system;

The unmanned and digital construction mode of the construction machinery industry is promoted by 5G+intelligent equipment, and the paver and roller realize the 24-hour coordinated construction of unmanned aerial vehicle group roads.
