According to the agreement, Tianneng Group will invest 10 billion yuan in Xinfeng to build a new energy industrial park, comply with the international and domestic "double cycle" and "double carbon" trend, invest in the production of lithium battery cells, materials and PACK, research and development and manufacturing of new materials, sodium hydrogen, electricity and other new energy industries, build Tianneng's regional headquarters in central and southern China, and build an industrial talent training center and research and development center that Tianneng radiates Dawan District, The global industrial battery intelligent manufacturing center has become Tianneng's global R&D, manufacturing and service center.

The Tianneng Xinfeng project is planned to be completed and put into operation before December 31, 2023.
