The eastern coastal provinces are actively promoting the development of offshore wind power, and offshore wind power is moving forward at a high speed! Recently, Huadian Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. and China Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. signed the "Contract for the First Bid Section of Fan Foundation Manufacturing, Construction and Fan Hoisting of Guoneng Longyuan Sheyang 1,000,000-kilowatt Offshore Wind Power Project". The amount is approximately RMB 1,406,001,624.55 (tax included).

Performance period: planned start date: February 1, 2023; planned completion date: October 31, 2023; total calendar days of the construction period: 273. If the total number of calendar days of the construction period is inconsistent with the number of days of the construction period calculated based on the aforementioned planned start and completion dates, the total number of calendar days of the construction period shall prevail.

The wind farm is located in the southeast sea area of the Sheyang Estuary, at the northernmost point of the radiating sandbar. The center of the site is about 65km offshore, with a total installed capacity of 1,000MW. Two 220kV offshore booster stations and a 220kV onshore centralized control center are newly built in this wind farm. The generated energy is collected to the 35kV busbar of the offshore booster station, boosted to 220kV by the main transformer, and passed through 4 circuits of 220kV submarine cables (three-core 630mm2) to the landing point, after landing, it is connected to the 220kV onshore centralized control center of the wind farm, and then connected to the system station.
