Recently, the public announcement of the successful candidates for the EPC project of Tianjin Port Bonded Area Seaport Area Urban Renewal Project has been released. The consortium led by China Power Construction Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd. won the bid, with the project capital of 10.72 billion yuan and the bid price of 5.84 billion yuan.

Project overview

The construction scale of the Tianjin Port Bonded Area Seaport Area Urban Renewal Project is 6.5 square kilometers. The implementation scope of the Tianjin Port Bonded Area Seaport Area Urban Renewal Project covers an area of about 6.5 square kilometers. The original building area is 5.548 million square meters, of which 711500 square meters are planned to be demolished and 50400 square meters are planned to be upgraded. The total building area after the renovation is 1.4104 million square meters, including 1.333 million square meters of new industrial facilities, 50400 square meters of industrial facilities upgrading and reconstruction, and about 27000 square meters of other new facilities. Construction content: including house renewal, industrial facility renewal, industrial facility upgrading and transformation, new supporting facilities and municipal infrastructure construction within the implementation scope. Industrial facilities include digital trade port, port processing trade zone, bonded food processing base, bonded R&D and manufacturing park, bonded maintenance industrial park, industrial neighborhood center, high standard warehousing and processing park, cross-border e-commerce industrial park, etc. Supporting facilities and municipal infrastructure include smart transformation of the park, addition of customs inspection area, improvement of environmental facilities and related road connectivity projects.
