On January 9, 2023, the Chongqing Public Resources Trading Network released the announcement of the successful candidates for the Green Transformation Development and New Urbanization PPP Project in Kaizhou Puli New District, Chongqing. The project was won by a consortium of 7 units including China Energy Construction Corporation, with an estimated total investment of 10.51 billion yuan.

Construction site: Puli New District, Kaizhou, Chongqing.

Municipal infrastructure projects: including the North-South Expressway in Kaizhou City, the municipal roads in Puli New Area, the parking lot, the natural gas pressure regulating station, the sewage treatment plant, the water supply plant, the water supply pipe network, and the common ditch of the pipe network.

Urban public service supporting facilities projects: including new secondary schools, Class III hospitals, agricultural and sideline products trading centers, commercial concrete mixing stations, gas stations, limestone mines for building stones.
