Carbon neutrality and carbon peaking are important goals of China's medium - and long-term development. Recently, Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission has successively approved the Xi 'an Phase II wind Farm in Taoyuan County, Daqingshan Phase II Wind farm in Yongshun County, Wuji Wind farm in Hengdong County, Ziliang Wind farm in Shimen County, Fengshu Wind Farm and Heimeng Phase II wind farm projects.

Taoyuan County Xi 'an Phase II Wind Farm project construction site is Taoyuan County, installed capacity of 185 megawatts, the maximum annual generation of about 370 million KWH, a total investment of 1.362 billion yuan.

The Daqingshan Phase II Wind Farm project of Yongshun County is located in Yongshun County, with an installed capacity of 51.5 MW and a maximum annual generating capacity of about 100 million KWH, with a total investment of 409 million yuan.

Hengdong Wuji Wind Farm project construction site for Hengdong County, installed capacity of 50 megawatts, the maximum annual power generation of about 100 million KWH, a total investment of 407 million yuan.

The Ziliang Wind Farm project of Shimen County is located in Shimen County, with an installed capacity of 60 megawatts and a maximum annual generating capacity of about 120 million KWH, with a total investment of 472 million yuan.

The Fengshu Wind Farm project is located in Zixing City and Yongxing County, Chenzhou City, with an installed capacity of 104.95 megawatts and a total investment of 774 million yuan.

The second phase of Hemeng Wind Farm project is located in Shaodong City, Shaoyang City, with an installed capacity of 52.6 MW and a total investment of 368 million yuan. Key words: capital construction, infrastructure construction, planning investment

According to the 14th Five-Year Energy Development Plan of Hunan Province, by 2025, the installed capacity of wind power, photovoltaic power and biomass power in Hunan will reach more than 12 million kW, 13 million kW and 1.5 million kW respectively.
