Recently, CCCC Singapore Branch received the letter of award for the general contracting of housing construction for the apartment development project in Lundo Middle Road, Singapore. The main project content of the project is the construction of three 23-storey residential towers, underground parking lot, electromechanical system and community supporting facilities, with a total construction area of more than 40,000 square meters and the construction of more than 470 residential units. The project adopts the prefabricated modular building method PPVC, which meets the green building platinum standard Green Mark Platinum.
Singapore Residential Housing Construction General Contracting Project
This project is the first general contracting project of residential housing construction obtained by CCCC Singapore Branch in Singapore after the commercial complex housing construction project of Jurong East Transportation Hub J120. breakthrough.
It is reported that the implementation of the project will help improve the management system of overseas prefabricated buildings and green buildings, and lay a solid foundation for the refined management and green development of CCCC's construction business brand in Singapore.
Laos 600MW wind power project
On January 11, 2023, the procurement of wind turbines for the 600 MW Wind Power Project in Muang Son, Laos, of PowerChina East China Institute was announced. According to the announcement, the winning bidder is Envision Energy.
It is reported that in November 2022, PowerChina and Laos Monson Wind Power Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand. The two parties formally signed the EPC general contract for the Laos Muangson 600MW wind power project and the cooperation agreement for the second phase of the Monson Wind Power Project.
The Monson Wind Power Project is located in Xegong Province and Attapeu Province in southern Laos. The main contents of the project include a 600MW wind farm, booster station and transmission lines.
