Project overview

The project consists of the main line and connecting line of S103 Jinan Interchange to Aiweigou to Alehui Town. The starting point of the main line is at the intersection of the Ji'nan Interchange connecting line of Urumqi S103 and G30 lines, and the ending point is at the intersection of S103 and S301 lines on the west side of Alehui Town, Toksun County, which generally runs from north to south. The starting point of the connecting line is at the level crossing of Line Z401 and Line S103, and the ending point is at Aiweigou Coal Mine. Main control points: Jinan Interchange, Tori Township, Yangquangou, S301 Line, Alehui Town, Tianshan Grand Canyon National Forest Park, Heishan Coal Mine, etc.

The total length of the main line of the project is 111.85 km. The 51.1 km section from the starting point to Heishan Coal Mine is constructed according to the standard of Class I highway, and the rest sections are mainly constructed according to the standard of Class II highway. Among them, the starting point of Tori Township is 11.8 km, the design speed is 80 km/h, the width of the integrated subgrade is 22.5 m, and the width of the separated subgrade is 11.25 m+12 m; 39.3 km from Tori Township to Heishan Coal Mine, with a design speed of 60 km/h and an overall subgrade width of 20 meters; The section from Heishan Coal Mine to Aiweigou is 19.16 km, the design speed is 60 km/h, and the subgrade width is 10 meters; The 41.59 km section from Aiweigou to the terminal will be reconstructed.
