On December 31, 2022, the cold hydrogenation production line of Zhuneng 60,000 tons/year polysilicon project undertaken by the fourth branch company was successfully put into production and trial operation, marking the full completion of the company's implementation part.

Xinjiang Zhuneng Project

The project is located in Wucaiwan Industrial Park, Jimsar County, Changji, Xinjiang. The project will officially start on October 1, 2021, with a contract value of 50 million yuan. The construction content includes the second cold hydrogenation line and ancillary equipment, process pipelines (including surrounding pipe gallery pipelines, regional site division), electrical instruments, underground pipeline installation in the boundary area (including welding of embedded culverts and water-stop rings, excluding well chamber fabrication ), non-destructive testing, anti-corrosion, purging and air-tightness, etc.

The area where the project is located has high temperature in summer accompanied by wind and sand, and low temperature in winter. It snows heavily and freezes for nearly 5 months throughout the year. The harsh weather and geographical environment increased the difficulty of the construction of the project. In summer, the employees of the project department were under the scorching sun and rushed to construction in the high temperature of 43 degrees; in winter, everyone rushed to make progress in the extremely cold weather of -32 degrees Celsius; There was a shortage of anti-epidemic materials, and the project department overcame many difficulties. If there was a shortage of people, they would raise the price and recruit workers nearby. If there was a shortage of materials, they would try to coordinate and guarantee the supply. In order to fulfill the contract smoothly, all the staff of the project department put in twice as much painstaking effort as compared with the projects in the city. Overcoming the severe situation, the project department achieved a pass rate of 99.7% of the welding quality. On December 31, the owner conducted a comprehensive inspection of the 26 construction units. Evaluation, the project department of the four branches won the second place.

On January 3, 2023, the owner sent a pennant to express his affirmation and thanks for the company's excellent engineering quality and excellent service attitude. This is also the only pennant issued by the owner.
