On December 28, 2023, 116 key industrial projects in Lianyungang will be commenced in a centralized manner, with a total planned investment of 90.3 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 31.2 billion yuan. The total investment of a biological aviation coal project located in the Lingang Industrial Zone, Guanyun County, Lianyungang City is about 7.2 billion yuan, and the annual sales revenue will be 15.9 billion yuan after completion and operation. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed and put into operation in January 2025.

Junhe Yungu · Lianyungang Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park is one of the key investment projects of Lianyungang in 2022. With a total area of about 157 mu and a total investment of 3.18 billion yuan, there are 33 industrial carriers, which can accommodate 60-100 enterprises for production and office after completion.

During the centralized commencement activity, the signing ceremony of the strategic investment intent letter between the Guanyun County Government and Jia'ao New Energy Co., Ltd. for the biomass chemical new material project was also held. The total investment of the project is 13.82 billion yuan.
