Recently, the Shaoxing Public Resources Trading Network released the bid invitation announcement for the Ningbo-Jinhua Section (Shaoxing Section) of the Ningbo-Jinhua Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project. The Shaoxing City Highway and Transportation Management Center is the bidder for this project. The estimated total investment of the project is 13.711 billion yuan .

Project Overview

Ningbo-Jinhua section (Shaoxing section) reconstruction and expansion project of Ningbo-Jinhua Expressway is located near the junction of Fenghua, Ningbo and Xinchang, Shaoxing. The starting point is K42+250. It is routed from east to west, and the Chenggongling Tunnel is set up to Shengzhou through Shaxi Town, Xinchang. Jinting Town, via Huangze Town, Jingkai District, Sanjiang Sub-district, Lushan Sub-district, Ganlin Town, the end point is located in Baifengling Tunnel, Changle Town, and the end point is K115+650.

The total length of the Shaoxing section is about 73.4km, including 5.78km in Xinchang and 67.62km in Shengzhou. The total length of bridges along the line is 10.892km, and the total length of tunnels is 4.270km. The project will renovate 2 hubs, renovate 5 general interchanges, novate 1 service area, add 1 new Jinting Interchange, 1 new Changchangle service area, and add a 2.7km Changchangle Interchange connecting line. The Shaoxing section has a total land area of 615.985 hectares, 209.020 hectares of newly requisitioned land, and 80,465 square meters of house demolition.

technical standard

The main line of this project adopts the two-way 8-lane expressway standard, with a design speed of 100km/h, a partial road section at the junction with Ningbo at 80km/h, and a roadbed width of 41m. The connection line adopts the two-way four-lane first-class road standard, the design speed is 60km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 23m.
