The No. 81 joint processing station of the Second Oil Production Plant is located about 7 kilometers east of Baijiantan District (Karamay High-tech Zone) in Karamay City. It is a key project of Xinjiang Oilfield Company.

The station was put into operation on December 27, 2021, realizing the start of construction and production in the same year. The designed crude oil processing capacity is 3 million tons per year, the scale of the produced water treatment system is 20,000 cubic meters per day, and the scale of the crude oil stabilization system is 3.3 million tons /Year.
