Mengsong Wind Power Project

According to reports, the Monson Wind Power Project is located in Xegong Province and Attapeu Province in southern Laos. The main contents of the project include a 600MW wind farm, booster station and transmission lines. This project is the first wind power project in Laos and also the largest wind power project undertaken by China Power Construction Corporation overseas.

After the project is completed, it will mainly transmit electricity to Vietnam. This is the first time that Laos has realized the cross-border transmission of new energy electricity, which will help Laos further build its vision of batteries in Southeast Asia. Editor/He Yuting
