Xu Mianxian has joined Baosteel for more than five years. He said, "I feel like my second family here because there are good leaders, good colleagues, good working environment and development opportunities.".

Xu Mianxian revealed that with the gradual development of infrastructure construction, Indonesia has more roads, bridges, high-speed rail and high-rise buildings, ushered in more enterprise investment, the steel market is gradually expanding, and the sales of Baosteel in the Indonesian market is increasing.

Xu Mianxian felt that the most fulfilling thing was that he designed a production record table that could complete statistics quickly without the production system. In the past, it took about two days to do statistics, but now it takes two hours to complete the report. He believed that Chinese enterprises had brought great changes to Indonesian society. Many users commented that the quality of steel materials of baosteel was stable and the price was reasonable.

Xu Mianxian said that these Chinese-funded projects have greatly improved our lives. More and more Chinese-funded enterprises have built factories in Indonesia, recruited Indonesian employees, and improved the lives of ordinary people in Indonesia. Baosteel's silicon steel is the world's top silicon steel, which is supplied to Indonesia's best transformer plant, helping Indonesia improve its power supply. Baosteel's steel products are increasingly recognized in Indonesia's domestic market, and the sales volume has increased by more than 10 times in the past six years.

Xu Mianxian was shocked by the rapid development of China's economy. He said: There are more and more Chinese-funded enterprises investing in Indonesia, including our first high-speed railway, the Yawan high-speed railway, which is also made in China.Editor/Ma Xue
