On February 11, 2023, Miyun District of Beijing held a centralized commencement ceremony for 100 projects in the first quarter of the year. 110 projects were started in a centralized manner, with a total investment of 45.3 billion yuan, involving livelihood security, water and ecological conservation, green and high-quality development and other fields.

This project, which will be started and resumed in a centralized manner, covers infrastructure, industrial development, livelihood security, social undertakings and other fields, and will play an important leading and driving role in the high-quality green development of Miyun in the new era.

Wang Yonghao, member of the Standing Committee of Miyun District Committee and Executive Deputy District Chief, introduced that the construction of 100 projects in the first quarter focused on four aspects:

Focusing on the primary political responsibility of water and soil conservation and ecology, the construction of ecological environmental projects such as the pilot demonstration of land greening around Miyun Reservoir in Beijing and the comprehensive treatment of ecological small watersheds was started;

Focusing on the advanced and sophisticated industrial system, the construction of industrial development projects such as the research platform for environmental perception and intelligent response of air-land integration, logistics industrial park, etc;

Focus on the weak points and the strong and weak points, and start the construction of rural sewage and water supply projects, as well as infrastructure projects such as the eastern road of the new town;

Focusing on the improvement of people's livelihood, 23 social undertakings and livelihood security projects including the reconstruction of old residential areas, the reconstruction and expansion of Yan'an public rental housing, and the reconstruction and expansion of Miyun infectious building were started.

Miyun District Development and Reform Commission said that of the 110 projects under construction, 49 involve infrastructure projects with a total investment of 6.1 billion yuan; 10 projects in the field of social undertakings, with a total investment of 11.77 billion yuan; There are 16 projects in the field of ecological environment, with a total investment of 8.9 billion yuan; 5 projects in the field of clean energy, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan; 17 industrial development projects with a total investment of 2.47 billion yuan; 5 projects in the field of livelihood security, with a total investment of 2.71 billion yuan; There are 8 real estate projects with a total investment of 20.38 billion yuan.
