A consortium consisting of Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Sichuan Industrial Equipment Installation Group Co., Ltd., and China Huaxi Enterprise Co., Ltd. won the bid for this project.

The construction site of this project is located in Chuanshan District, Suining City.

Construction scale: including 28 sub-projects including municipal roads, municipal pipe network, landscape greening, parks, sewage treatment plants, power facilities, fire stations, schools, resettlement houses, gas stations, and standard factory buildings, with a total investment of about 13.061 billion yuan.

Project cooperation period: not less than 10 years, not more than 12 years, of which the construction period is not more than 5 years.
