The PPP project of Lidu-Xinmiao Section of Fuling Ring Expressway is located in Fuling District, Chongqing City. Stand and wait. The main line starts from the Mingjiawan hub, connects with Changfu Expressway, crosses the Yangtze River through Shituo Town, and finally connects with Yiyang Hub and connects to Shiyu Expressway. The total length is 22.874km, the bridge-tunnel ratio is 49.16%, the general section is two-way four-lane, and the Yihe Interchange to Shituo Interchange is two-way six-lane, with a design speed of 100km/h. The estimated total investment of the project is 6.428 billion yuan, and the cost per kilometer is 281 million yuan. The project includes two parts A and B.

Package A: Included in the bidding scope, the main construction content is the project excluding the collinear part of the Yuwan Railway (mainly including the Shituo Yangtze River Bridge project and some tunnel projects at both ends), the estimated total investment is 4.922 billion yuan, of which the construction and installation cost is 3.072 billion yuan RMB 1.047 billion in compensation for land use and demolition, RMB 206 million in other construction costs, RMB 216 million in reserve costs, and RMB 381 million in loan interest during the construction period.

Package B: Included in the scope of PPP investment, it is the common line part of the Yuwan Railway, including the 363.85-meter approach bridge project at both ends, and the inseparable 471-meter tunnel project. The scope of the simultaneous implementation of the highways at both ends and the Yuwan high-speed railway is as follows: the left bank highway mileage K11+725~highway mileage K12+084.439, the right bank highway mileage K13+142.039~highway mileage K13+6500, and the estimated total investment is 1.505 billion yuan.
