On February 14, Liang Zhiqiang, deputy general manager of SHAANXI PETROLEUM CHEMICAL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION CO.,LTD.went to ExxonMobil Huizhou Ethylene Phase I Project to inspect and guide the work, and participated in the project symposium organized by SEI, and received the 9 million safe man-hour commendation trophy on behalf of the company .

On the afternoon of the same day, Liang Zhiqiang participated in the project symposium held by SEI together with representatives of 13 other participating units. Before the meeting, the 9 million safe man-hour commendation award ceremony was held. Liang Zhiqiang accepted the award on behalf of the company and made a speech, expressing that he would continue to give strong support to the ExxonMobil Huizhou Ethylene Phase I Project and strictly follow the construction plan determined by the general contractor. Allocate sufficient production factors, continue to strengthen on-site quality and safety management, go all out to promote project construction, and ensure that construction goals are achieved on schedule.

Subsequently, the project department held a project promotion meeting. For the follow-up construction, the meeting requested that first, according to the total construction period required by the general contractor, a detailed construction plan should be formulated, and the personnel demand plan should be reasonably arranged, so as to grasp the golden construction period before the rainy season. The second is to establish and improve the quality and safety management system, and strictly implement the company's relevant systems. The third is to continue to do a good job in the secondary operation and strengthen the communication and exchange with the general contractor. The fourth is to strengthen the cohesion of the project team, reunify the thinking, clarify the goals, and complete the project construction tasks with high quality.

It is reported that the ExxonMobil Huizhou Ethylene Phase I Project started construction on August 26, 2022, with a total of 950 civil foundations, 5,000 tons of steel structures, and about 200,000 inches of process pipes.
