The third-stage rectification tower is one of the core towers of the rectification unit, with a hoisting weight of 800 tons, a diameter of 6 meters, and a height of 93.75 meters. The hoisting used the company's own, the world's first 3,200-ton crawler crane that can be disassembled into a 1,600-ton model as the main crane, and the 600-ton crawler crane was delivered at the tail.

In order to ensure the smooth completion of this hoisting task, the hoisting technical team of Shaanxi Chemical Construction organized several hoisting construction special meetings, carefully discussed and compiled large-scale equipment hoisting technical plans and safety assurance measures according to the actual construction situation on site; The plan will be reviewed in detail to ensure high-quality completion of the hoisting task in an all-round way.

Before the hoisting, the hoisting team strictly organized and planned, conducted a working condition test on the crawler crane in advance, and cooperated with the owner and supervisor to conduct safety and technical clarification and inspection of the operation team before hoisting. At 9:00 a.m. on the same day, with the order of the chief hoisting commander, the hoisting officially started. With the roar of the 3,200-ton crawler crane, the third-stage rectification tower was lifted off smoothly.
