2023 is a crucial year for implementing the "14th Five-Year Plan" and promoting the construction of a strong province with high-quality transportation. The main expected goals are: to complete the transportation construction investment of 27.8 billion yuan, an increase of 8%; to build 774 kilometers of expressways, with an additional mileage of 248 kilometers; Renovate 150 dangerous bridges, implement 1,800 kilometers of security projects, and create more than 1,000 kilometers of "beautiful rural roads"; implement 100 public transportation transformation routes, and build 1,500 rural logistics service outlets.

Continuation of expressway construction of Changchun metropolitan circle Nong'an-Jiutai, Shuangyang-Yitong, Changchun-Taipingchuan, Yantongshan-Changchun and other 5 projects, new construction of Changchun metropolitan circle West Ring, completion of Ji'an-Huanren, Datong The two projects from Puchaihe to Yantongshan, the total mileage of the expressway has reached 4643 kilometers, and the expressway in Huadian City has been realized. 16 projects of national and provincial trunk roads were continued, 4 projects were newly started, and 5 projects were completed and opened to traffic.
