The total area of this project covers an area of about 121 acres. The current first phase of the project is divided into 10 bid sections, including industrial water plants and underground pipe networks. The main function is to purify the medium water treated by the sewage treatment plant. Industrial water, the first phase of the project covers an area of about 58 acres, and the design industrial water supply capacity is 70,000 cubic meters per day. After the project was completed, the actual amount of water in the early stage was 40,000 cubic meters per day, and the beneficiary population would reach 870,000. It is expected that the local annual income can be 74 million yuan, and the annual profit tax is 10 million yuan.

According to reports, projects (bid section 1), which were organized by Guizhu Construction Engineering Group No.4 Company, are industrial water plants, and are the most important sections of the project. The concentrated average pool, the reuse water regulation pool, the cleaning pool, the laboratory scheduling comprehensive building, the water supply pump room, the power distribution room, and the communication room, the total contract price is about 63 million yuan. After the Spring Festival in 2023, the project department actively accelerated the project to resume work and quickly start construction and construction.
