It is planned to further supplement and improve the composition of the rail transit network in Changsha on the basis of the adjustment of the construction plan of the third phase. The line is laid out along Changwang Road-Fuyuan Road-Jinxiu Road-Huahou Road-Xiangfu Road-West Second Ring Road-Jinxing Avenue.
