On February 27, 2023, the launch ceremony of the "Best Practices of Quality Management in China in the 21st Century" series was held in Beijing. Since 2018, more than 50,000 copies of WOSWeichai Quality Management Model, written by Tan Xuguang, have been printed in both Chinese and English. This time, it has been successfully included in the series and launched, indicating that Weichai's characteristic quality management model has set a benchmark for Chinese quality in the equipment manufacturing industry.

Through unremitting exploration, practice and experience accumulation, Weichai has refined the distinctive quality management model of WOS.

This book expounds the background, connotation, operation performance and value of WOS quality management model, and shows the strong vitality of Weichai quality ecosystem created by WOS model in the high-quality development of the whole industry. WOS model can be copied, inherited and promoted.
