Sichuan Tianfu Station, as an important part of the "four main and three auxiliary" passenger transport hub system of Chengdu Railway Hub, is one of the important inter-city hub nodes in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. It undertakes the Chengdu-Zigong Railway, Chengdu-Dawan-Wan Railway and Sichuan-Tibet Railway in the near term (south field), and the Chengdu-Panzhou Inter-city Railway, the outer ring of Chengdu, and the Chengdu-Santai Inter-city Railway in the long term (north field).

Tianfu Station is also the first railway station in Sichuan Province to integrate the TOD comprehensive development and design concept. It will make every effort to create a three-dimensional traffic with multiple complements and split speed and speed, and realize convenient transfer of high-speed rail, subway, public transport, etc. The total investment of the project is 8.857 billion yuan.

The station building is based on the architectural concept of "building a nest to attract the phoenix". Its shape is like a phoenix flapping its wings. The bidding contents include Tianfu station building and related works, supporting transportation hub works and integrated design north field works, with a planned construction period of 2 years. Therefore, the full completion of Tianfu Station needs to be completed by May 2025, and it cannot be opened with the Chengdu-Zigong-Yichang high-speed railway within the year.

Previously, the construction of the main structure of the platform floor and below of Tianfu Station was officially commenced in May 2022.

Tianfu Station is designed according to the planning of the north and south yard. The Chengdu-Zigong Railway will build a new south yard with 6 sets of 11 lines, and the north yard will reserve 6 sets of 11 lines, with a total scale of 12 sets of 22 lines. The station area is planned to take the railway station building as the center, and the station square is set on the south and north sides of the station.

Tianfu Station is in elevated form, ± 0.000 (platform surface) is equivalent to the absolute elevation of 509.250m, about 450m long from east to west, about 500m wide from south to north, and the height of the station building is 62.8m.

The remaining works of Tianfu station building and supporting comprehensive transportation hub project in this bidding are all the works within the scope of the designated construction of the passenger station, except for the foundation pit and main structure below ± 0.000, with a total construction area of about 612000 m2, including the station building and related works, supporting transportation hub project and integrated design north yard project, of which the station building project is about 120200 m2, the station area project is about 65700 m2, and the Chengzi parking lot is about 43800 m2 The municipal supporting project is about 382300 m2.

The project specifically includes elevated floor, platform floor, exit floor, station area project, municipal supporting projects (comprehensive transfer center, bus connection, bus connection, taxi yard, social car parking lot, network parking lot, logistics channel, urban vitality space, railway self-operated parking lot, urban corridor, supporting business, municipal road, etc.) and existing line protection.

Bidding scope

The scope of this bidding is the remaining works within the scope of the construction of the station building and supporting comprehensive transportation hub project within the scope of the Tianfu Station yard of the new Chengdu-Zigong high-speed railway, except for the structural works below the platform floor. The specific contents are subject to the construction drawing design documents and the bidding bill of quantities.

This bidding is divided into three bid sections, with bid section numbers: TFZZF-3-KF, TFZZF-1 and TFZZF-2.
