According to reports, the construction of the Lingling section of the Lingling-Daoxian Expressway is the start of another construction bid section of the Lingdao Expressway after the start of the Shuangpai Section Tunnel in 2022, marking that the construction of the main line of the Lingdao Expressway will be fully rolled out. Lingdao Expressway is a prospect line in the revision of "Hunan Provincial Expressway Network Planning", and it is also an encrypted line. It starts from Fujiaqiao Town, Lingling District, Yongzhou City, connects Yongling Expressway in Lingling District in the north, and ends in Lingling District in the south. G76 Xiarong Expressway runs through Lingling District, Shuangpai County and Dao County of Yongzhou City. The main line mileage is 75 kilometers, the bridge-tunnel ratio is 53%, and the total investment is about 12 billion yuan.

Lingdao Expressway is the road of development and people's livelihood that benefits the people of Yongzhou. The Lingling-Daoxian Expressway construction project is scheduled to be completed in 2026. After the completion of the project, it will form a branch line of the Hubei Expressway in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, connecting Yongzhou City to Guangxi and Guangdong in the south.
