In large-scale open-pit coal mines, mining vehicles are important equipment for carrying transportation tasks and advancing project progress. The XDE240 mining dump truck carries more than 200 tons of heavy loads, and it is inevitable that there will be large bumps on the rugged road. However, the positioning accuracy of the mine truck, turning radius, vehicle speed, and straight-line lateral control accuracy are all online, which is completely unaffected. It fully demonstrates the intelligence and advanced nature of XCMG's unmanned mining vehicles.

Shenyan Coal Mine undertakes the important task of supplying the country's coal resources, and XCMG's mining vehicles must operate "24 hours, three shifts" continuously without any failure. "Under the premise that there are only XCMG mining vehicles in the entire mine, this is undoubtedly a huge test for the reliability and stability of the equipment." XCMG's 220-ton mining vehicles successfully passed the test. "XCMG's mining vehicles have been reorganized into unmanned vehicles for nearly two years, and the tasks are overfulfilled every month." The project leader recalled.

"So far, except for system upgrades and daily maintenance, the XCMG mining vehicles have been running very stably." The person in charge of the project expressed his satisfaction when talking about the project. What also made him full of praise was XCMG's service. "Even at night when the temperature reaches minus 30 degrees, as long as a phone call is made, XCMG's service personnel will arrive at the scene immediately and solve the problem for us."

At present, dozens of XCMG XDE240 mining dump trucks have been put into operation in the mine. The person in charge of the "all reorganization will be completed in 2022" introduced that "the utilization rate of mine trucks exceeds 80%, and it is highly efficient with electric shovels, bulldozers, and road graders.
