Tibet Zhabuye integrated energy supply project with source, network, load and storage is located on the southeast side of Zabuye Salt Lake, about 165 kilometers north of Zhongba County, Shigatse City. The altitude of the site is more than 4,500 meters. , At the end of the power grid, the trough-type photothermal power station is used as the main power source to realize the clean energy isolated grid operation, providing 24-hour safe, stable and reliable comprehensive energy supply for the first trial of the Mount Everest project.
The project consists of power supply (photothermal + photovoltaic), load (electricity, steam), energy storage (thermal storage + electrochemical energy storage), power transformation and distribution and control system to form a thermoelectric integrated energy isolated grid system, including 40 MW trough photovoltaic Thermal power plants, 35 MW photovoltaic power plants, and 20 MW to 40 MWh electric energy storage are in line with the national "14th Five-Year Plan" new energy development direction and sustainable development policy, and provide energy support for the development of lithium resources in salt lakes, driving Tibet Regional economic development has good energy saving and environmental protection effects and social benefits.
