The project department overcame the impact of the cold weather in only 56 days, completed the foundation pouring of 11 wind turbines, and completed important engineering nodes, laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the project.
The project is located in a high-altitude area with a 70-kilometer approach road, passing through three towns and ten villages. The slope is steep, the road surface is narrow, there are many curves, and the residential power lines are intricate. The transportation of large components faces huge challenges such as roadblocks and air barriers.
