The Xinjiang Autonomous Region is adjacent to Kazakhstan and has the responsibility to strengthen cooperation with its western neighbors. Ma Xingrui Meets with President Tokayev

On March 27, 2023, Ma Xingrui met with Kazakh President Tokayev in Astana. During the meeting, Ma Xingrui conveyed the cordial greetings and best wishes from President Xi Jinping.

Ma Xingrui said that under the joint leadership of President Xi Jinping and His Excellency the President, the China-Kazakhstan permanent comprehensive strategic partnership has been elevated to a new height.
