The New Belgrade-Sulcin section is the starting section of the E763 highway, connecting the urban area of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, with the completed E763 highway Sulcin-Obrenovac section, with a total length of 7.9 kilometers and designed by China Communications Construction.
