On March 30, 2023, the Suzhou Public Resources Trading Network released the bid-winning announcement of Suzhou Luzhi Group Co., Ltd. for the comprehensive management of the EOD project in the Wuzhong Chenghu area.

Project Overview

The project is located in Luzhi Town, Wuzhong District. The implementation scope of the project covers an area of 112 square kilometers, of which 72 square kilometers is the area around the lake, and 40 square kilometers is the water surface of Chenghu Lake. Wokditan, north to Wusong River.

Including project eco-environmental governance, infrastructure investment and construction, green agriculture and special field construction, Chenghu low-carbon building technology industrial park and investment in agriculture, culture and tourism industry, the total project investment is about 4.328 billion yuan.
